Where and when do I register?
Registration opens online at 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

  • Link: Register at meetplaylovetennis.com/tucson or click on the large pink button on the Tucson page.

  • Pro Tip: Do not submit your form even a second before 8:00 AM. The system only allows one submission per person; if you "jump the gun," you may be locked out and unable to resubmit.

How can I increase my team’s chances of getting a spot?

We have space for 10 teams in each division (3.5, 4.0, and 4.0/4.5 Combo) per session. Your best chance of getting in is to remain flexible. Talk to your team beforehand and be ready to select one of these availability options:

Session One

  • Option A: Nov. 3–6 is the ONLY session my team can attend.

  • Option B: Nov. 3–6 is our PREFERRED session, but we can attend either.

Session Two

  • Option A: Nov. 7–10 is the ONLY session my team can attend.

  • Option B: Nov. 7–10 is our PREFERRED session, but we can attend either.

Note: Please do not submit multiple registrations for the same team. Duplicate entries may result in all registrations for that team being considered invalid.

What information do I need at the time of registration?

You must have a minimum of 7 players (including the captain) to register. All form fields are required; entries marked "TBD" will not be accepted. To ensure a smooth process:

  • Verify the spelling of all first and last names.

  • Double-check all email addresses (these are used for future liability waivers).

  • Review the Tucson Sample Registration PDF ahead of time to see exactly what data is required.

When is payment due?

No payment is due at the moment of registration.

1. Notification: Captains will be notified within 24 hours if space is available.

2. Payment: Once confirmed, the captain must pay for the initial 7 players in full.

3. Deadline: If payment is not received within 10 days, your spot may be forfeited.

4. Methods: Zelle is preferred. Payment by check or Venmo also accepted.
